All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. z555 does not impose fees on standard PKR deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the z555 Cashier and are subject to change.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5–60 minutes at Silver loyalty tier and above. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. z555 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds before releasing funds.
z555 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or suspend any transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In such cases, z555 may report the transaction to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits offered by z555 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates and time limits communicated at the time of each offer. These specific terms take precedence over any general statement about bonuses on the z555 platform.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages are stated in the individual offer terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
z555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine play intent, low-risk hedging strategies on eligible games, and coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, z555 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account.
All sports bets placed on z555 are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and event type. These rules govern matters including bet settlement, void conditions, walkovers, postponements, minimum and maximum stake limits, and live betting procedures. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted the relevant sports rules. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and the sports-specific rules, the sports-specific rules shall prevail for betting matters.
All casino games available on z555 are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited. You may close your z555 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets and withdrawal requests will be honoured in accordance with normal procedures before closure is completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or service interruptions, even if z555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. z555's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service which cannot be resolved through z555's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
